It began with the Spirit…For without the Spirit there would be no story to tell. Without the Spirit there would be no church, no way to follow. Without the Spirit there would be no witness bearing, in Jerusalem or anywhere else.” James Dunn, The Acts of the Apostles

Do we treat the Spirit’s role in the life of the individual believer and the corporate community seriously enough? Do we really believe that without the Spirit there would be no witness bearing, no way to follow, no church?

I just wraped up a month series on the Holy Spirit and I left it wondering if I’d been able to really hammer home just how important he is in Redemptive-History. There is no mission without the Spirit, no way to follow in discipleship, no body to gather with in worship….

There is “NO…..”   “” without the Spirit.
